We are Clasa. This website and domain name are owned and operated by CLASA EMPIRE, Company Registration No. 002948029-K (’Clasa’) having our business address at 33-1, jalan sierra 10/2, bandar sierra 16,47110 puchong selangor, trading as www.clasa.com.my.

You are required to register to be able to use services or features available to you on this site. You will need to provide information that is current and accurate. 3. Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns pages for further information.
4. Eligibility
To place an Order with CLASA you must be over eighteen (18) years of age. If you are under eighteen (18), you may place an Order with CLASA only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
5. Your Consent
We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party (excluding partners from whom you may have linked to our site) without your permission.
6. Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is our main priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. But in the event you received faulty item, please let us know immediately.
7. Product policy
We use high quality material to make our product. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
8. Payment Policy
We accept Malaysian Ringgit (RM) for transaction. All order can be made via cash deposit through ATM machine, online banking transfer, VISA/MASTERCARD debit card or VISA/MASTERCARD credit card. Please note that we do not accept payment by cheque. In case of international order via credit/debit card, bank will convert the currency using bank’s current exchange rate into Ringgit Malaysia and payment will be done in Ringgit Malaysia. We will ask for prove of payment especially if payment is done using cash deposit machine or manual online banking transfer (not through our website) before proceeding with processing the order. Customer will receive receipt through email (if provided) or with the product package itself. Customer is advised to keep the transaction receipt for reference until product is safely arrived at customer’s hand. Any taxes imposed is to be paid by customer.
9. Return & Cancelation Policy
We want you to be please with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 7 days upon order receival for a full refund or an exchange. Return policy item provided that item is unworn, unaltered , unwashed and in its original packaging with label still attached. If you have received defective or wrong items, let us know immediately by whatsapp us at +601111015410 for us to sort it out soonest for you. All item must be received by CLASA in order for a customer to be eliginale for a refund or replacement. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the product back to you. We will refund you via store credit which you may utilize for next purchase.
