Shipping & Return Information
- Shipping detail : We deliver item using J&T shipping. Shipping charges is calculated according to the weight and our system will automatically calculate the amount that you need to pay at the end of your order.
- Estimated parcel arrival : Local delivery will take 3-5 working days. International delivery will take 5 – 7 working days. You will receive an email of your tracking number when item is out for delivery.
- When received faulty item: We apologize for this blunder and we hope it doesn’t deter you from making future purchases. We want you to have a good experience with us so if a faulty item is sent to you, please let us know immediately. Take a photo of your item (the part that is faulty) and include a short description and WhatsApp our admin at 0102140404. We will exchange your item for a new one. In the event your faulty item is out of stock, we will reimburse you in the form of store credit and you may purchase another design.
- When received incorrect item: Do let us know immediately via whatsapp 0102140404 and we will sorted it out for you.
- Please note that tracking number may take up about 24 hour to appear in J&T system. If customer do not receive their order within 7 working days, kindly let us know.
